Pricing — fixed price, every line included

Two flat-fee tiers and a custom option. No subscriptions, no retainers, no per-seat games. The only ongoing cost is a £29/mo Care Plan that you don't have to take.

We charge a fixed fee, paid in two halves. The first half is due only after you approve a free design concept — so you never pay before you know what you’re getting.

The work delivered at every tier hits the same quality bar: hand-coded Astro, Lighthouse 95+ on every page, schema-first SEO, your own GitHub repository, and Cloudflare Pages hosting that stays free forever for sites under their (very generous) free-tier limits.

The only thing that changes between tiers is scope — how many pages, how complex the integrations, how much copywriting we handle. A Launch site and a Bespoke site share the same engine; the Bespoke build just exercises more of it.

Frequently asked

Do I pay everything upfront?
No. We start with a free design concept based on your brief. If you approve the concept, you pay 50%. Final payment is due on deploy when the site is live and you've signed off. If you don't like the concept, you walk away owing nothing — the only investment so far is your time on the brief call.
Why are the founding-client rates lower?
Acme Studio launched in 2026. The first five paying clients get the lower rate in exchange for a written testimonial after launch. After the first five, prices reset to the standard rate. The work delivered is identical — same scope, same Lighthouse gate, same handover.
What if I want to leave the Care Plan after a few months?
Cancel any month. There's no notice period and no early-termination fee. Your site keeps running on Cloudflare Pages — you don't lose hosting, you just lose the retainer support. Resume the Care Plan at any time at the same monthly rate.
What happens to my site if Acme Studio shuts down?
Nothing. The repository is yours, hosted on your GitHub account. The site is deployed to your Cloudflare account. Both keep working with zero involvement from us. Hand the repo to any developer who can read Astro — there's no proprietary tooling to learn, no subscription to migrate.
Can you migrate me from WordPress / Webflow / Squarespace?
Yes. Migration is a Bespoke-tier engagement because content extraction varies. Common patterns: WordPress → REST API export to Markdown, Webflow → CSV export → schema mapping, Squarespace → manual page-by-page extraction. URL preservation via Cloudflare redirects is included.
Are you taking new clients right now?
Open through May 2026 with capacity for two more concurrent builds. After that the schedule reopens for July starts. Discovery calls available any week — book one and we'll tell you honestly when the next slot is.
